Beach Hearing Attends 7th Annual Seniors Expo at Wasaga Beach RecPlex

On Tuesday, June 18th, Beach Hearing was proud to be an exhibitor at the 7th Annual Seniors Information and Active Living Expo held at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex. The event was the largest Seniors Expo yet, drawing an impressive crowd and featuring more than 112 exhibitors and vendors from across the region.

The Expo offered a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, with live entertainment, door prizes, and a cash BBQ run by the Wasaga Beach Youth Centre’s Grill Team, raising funds to support local youth programs. With free admission and free transit for seniors that week, the event was a great opportunity for Wasaga residents to come together, explore local resources, and connect with community organizations.

Beach Hearing was thrilled to be part of the event, offering attendees helpful information about hearing health and the importance of regular hearing assessments as we age. We had the pleasure of speaking with many local seniors, answering questions, and sharing insights into how better hearing can improve communication, confidence, and quality of life.

As a local hearing care provider, Beach Hearing is committed to supporting the Wasaga Beach community and ensuring residents have access to the tools they need to stay connected. It was wonderful to see so many people taking an interest in their health and exploring the services available to them in our area.

We’d like to thank the Town of Wasaga Beach, the Age-Friendly Community Advisory Committee, and the amazing volunteers who organized such a well-run and meaningful event. We’re already looking forward to participating again next year!
