By entering the Beach Hearing $100 Gift Certificate Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.
1. Contest Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Beach Hearing, located in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. This contest is administered by Beach Hearing and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, or Catch 22 Fresh Market Grill.
2. Contest Period
The contest begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries received after the contest closing date will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Beach Hearing, as well as anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
4. Prize
There is one prize available to be won: a $100 gift certificate to Catch 22 Fresh Market Grill.
The prize has an approximate retail value of $100 CAD. The prize is not transferable, has no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. Any additional costs or expenses associated with redeeming or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. How to Enter
To enter the contest, participants may complete one of the following entry methods during the contest period:
- Follow Beach Hearing on Facebook; or
- Follow Beach Hearing on Instagram.
Each eligible follow received during the contest period may be counted as one contest entry. Beach Hearing reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be fraudulent, automated, incomplete, abusive, or otherwise submitted in a manner that does not comply with these rules or the applicable platform terms.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on or about Aug 1, 2026 at Beach Hearing.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Announcement and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be announced in a post on the Beach Hearing Facebook page and/or Instagram page within approximately five business days of the draw.
The announced winner must contact Beach Hearing within 90 days of the winner announcement to claim the prize. To protect privacy, Beach Hearing may identify the potential winner by their social media profile name, first name, initials, or other reasonable identifying information based on the entry method used.
9. Prize Claim
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize. Prize pickup or delivery details will be arranged directly with Beach Hearing.
10. General Conditions
Beach Hearing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
Beach Hearing also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits false information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected for this contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest, contacting the selected entrant, and awarding the prize, unless the entrant has otherwise provided consent.
12. Platform Release
By entering this contest, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, and Catch 22 Fresh Market Grill from any responsibility or liability related to the contest. 13. Governing Law
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
